Founded in 2024 by Yueming Li, Yutang Chan, and Chang Xu, 0159 Group is a multidisciplinary collective uniting professionals from the fields of music, fine arts, and design. Emerging during Hong Kong’s post-pandemic cultural revitalization, the Group established a unique niche dedicated to experimental, bass-heavy, and avant-garde genres often underserved by mainstream venues.

The founders’ shared background in architecture serves as the cornerstone of the brand’s identity. This expertise informs a meticulous approach to event curation, where soundscapes, spatial design, and visual aesthetics are seamlessly integrated. By collaborating with visionary artists globally, 0159 creates immersive experiences that transcend traditional performance formats.

In 2025, the Group unveiled its flagship intellectual property: 01 Festival. The initiative launched with a series of high-impact activation events, including two sold-out showcases at the historic Murray House that drew over 2,000 attendees. Designed for rapid scalability, the festival aims to become a premier Asian music destination. The strategic roadmap targets a 5,000-capacity event in 2027, expanding to a 10,000-capacity flagship edition by 2028.

Launched in Q1 2026, circleticket is a proprietary ticketing platform engineered to revolutionize the Asian event market. Offering innovative financial solutions and a robust, user-friendly interface, it prioritizes security and stability for both organizers and consumers. Currently operating exclusively for 0159 Group events, the platform is scheduled for a public B2B rollout to external organizers in Q2–Q3 2026.
